Thaluana Muscat, Lead Sales Manager at Amusnet, Reflects on iGB Live 2026 and Future Company Growth

Following Amusnet’s participation at iGB Live 2026, Lead Sales Manager Thaluana Muscat shares her insights on the company's landmark 10th anniversary, its high-performing product portfolio, and the strategic commercial priorities shaping its international expansion.

What were the main products, innovations, or strategic initiatives that Amusnet showcased at iGB Live 2026, and what message did you want operators and partners to take away from your presence at the event?

iGB Live 2026 was a fantastic opportunity to meet our partners face-to-face and demonstrate exactly where we are heading as a company. We presented a powerful mix of our latest online slots, new Live Casino titles, and our advanced Bonus Platform, featuring a range of bonus types designed to help operators maximise player retention. A major highlight of our showcase was the expanding Golden Coins Link Jackpot, along with our new Triple Boost mechanics and fresh Live Casino experiences, which continue to diversify our portfolio.

Ultimately, we wanted partners and visitors to leave our stand knowing that Amusnet is much more than just a game provider. We are a dedicated, long-term partner combining high-performing content with a team genuinely focused on helping operators scale in regulated markets.

2026 marks Amusnet’s 10th anniversary. Looking back at the company’s journey, what do you consider the most significant achievements of the past decade, and how are they shaping the next phase of growth?

Over the past ten years, we have evolved into an international provider with an active presence across regulated markets, collaborating with hundreds of world-class operators. By consistently investing in premium game quality, robust technology, deep local expertise, and sustainable partnerships, we have earned the trust of the iGaming community.

As we enter our second decade, these strong foundations are shaping our future. Our focus has shifted toward scaling even further, driving next-level product innovation, and entering new regulated territories, all while maintaining the partnership-first approach that brought us this far.

Amusnet has continued to strengthen its presence across regulated markets worldwide. Which regions are currently presenting the most exciting growth opportunities, and where is the company expanding next?

We firmly believe that regulated markets remain the cornerstone of sustainable industry growth. Latin America and Africa continue to stand out as two of the most exciting regions, especially as their regulatory frameworks mature. Simultaneously, North America represents a vital long-term opportunity for us; our recent market entry into Ontario marks significant milestones in this strategy.

Our expansion model has never been about entering as many markets as possible. Instead, it is about entering the right markets with tailored products, deep local knowledge, and strong operator alliances. That is how we have successfully built our business so far, and it is exactly how we will continue to grow.

The industry is increasingly focused on AI, personalisation, and player engagement. How is Amusnet leveraging new technologies to enhance both player experiences and operator performance?

For us, technology is only valuable if it creates measurable value. We have continuously improved how players discover content and interact with promotions, offering highly personalised experiences through our standard games and advanced retention tools.

On the B2B side, we provide operators with data-driven solutions that help them optimise performance, better understand player behaviour, and run highly effective marketing campaigns. Exceptional technology should feel seamless. If it elevates the player experience and equips operators with better tools to grow their business, then we are moving in the right direction.

What are the most important trends you expect to shape the global iGaming industry during the second half of 2026, and how is Amusnet positioning itself to capitalise on them?

The industry is evolving rapidly, but a few key trends stand out for the latter half of the year. We are seeing a strong demand for highly differentiated content, sophisticated promotional mechanics, and precise localisation. Operators increasingly require agile products that can perform seamlessly across multiple jurisdictions.

Amusnet has positioned itself ahead of these trends by continuously expanding our game portfolio, deploying advanced engagement features, strengthening our underlying technology, and working hand in hand with operators to swiftly adapt to changing market dynamics.

As we move into the second half of the year, what are Amusnet’s key priorities and goals for the remainder of 2026, both from a product development and commercial perspective?

On the product front, our priority remains the rollout of enhanced engagement tools and features that deliver pure entertainment value to players while driving profitability for operators. Building on the momentum of the Golden Coins Link Jackpot System, we are introducing the Triple Boost series with enhanced mechanics that elevate the jackpot experience. The Super Pot and Coin Boost series will also play a central role in our online casino roadmap, each bringing distinctive gameplay mechanics and greater portfolio diversity. Following the successful launch of our Crash Games category, we will continue to expand the portfolio with a broad range of titles inspired by popular themes and sports, providing our partners with fresh content that appeals to diverse player segments and keeps the offering relevant in a fast-evolving market. In Live Casino, we are further strengthening our localised strategy with dedicated roulette experiences tailored to the preferences of key markets such as Greece, Romania, and Italy, ensuring operators can deliver more relevant and engaging experiences to their local audiences.

Commercially, our focus remains on deepening our existing partnerships and executing calculated entries into additional regulated markets alongside key partners. We are also continuing to invest in our local teams because we believe close, localised collaboration is the ultimate driver of long-term success. While we are incredibly proud of our 10-year legacy, we are also looking forward to the massive opportunities ahead.
