Expanding Business Horizons: Amusnet's Omnichannel Growth and Commitment to the Peruvian Market

An interview with Hillary Flores, Marketing Manager LATAM at Amusnet, for SoloAzar on the company’s participation in PGS 2025, strengthening local partnerships, and driving long-term growth in Peru.

  1. What motivated your company to participate in this edition of the Peru Gaming Show?

Peru is a key market for us, where we already work with several online operators and have seen a steady increase in our market share. This edition of the Peru Gaming Show was an excellent opportunity to further strengthen those partnerships and, most importantly, to present our full portfolio of land-based slot machines, which have already been generating great expectations in other LATAM markets.

  1. How would you describe your overall experience as an exhibitor at the event?

The experience exceeded our expectations. Visitor traffic was exceptionally high, the public response was very positive, and we secured a significant number of reservations for our slot machines. Without a doubt, PGS remains one of the most important trade shows in the region, and this year it reaffirmed that status.

  1. What has been the highlight of your presence at the show?

One of our key highlights was the presentation of our Type S 55J slot machine, the latest addition to our premium cabinet series. This model features Jackpot Cards Plus, a new bonus system designed to elevate the player experience through engaging gameplay and enhanced rewards. Its impressive design and strong technical performance attracted the attention of operators looking for innovation and differentiation on their casino floors.
In the online segment, we also introduced our new Тournament тool, created to boost player engagement, and presented Coin Gobbler, a standout game that continues to position itself as a regional favorite thanks to its dynamic mechanics and high performance.

In addition, we showcased two new titles: Orient Story Deluxe, a fresh take on the classic Aladdin tale with rewarding features, and Secrets of Cairo, an exciting journey into Ancient Egypt, powered by a Free Spins feature that offers multiple chances to win. Both games highlight our commitment to offering diverse content which resonates the preferences of Latin American players.

  1. How was the reception from the public and potential partners or clients? What kind of feedback did you receive?

The reception was extremely positive from both our current online partners who appreciate the sustained growth of our games on their platforms, and from new operators interested in our land-based solutions. Our machines made a strong visual impact, and we received numerous compliments regarding their aesthetics, technology, and physical presence at the stand. The sophisticated and visually striking design - highlighted by the 55-inch curved display, premium design, and exceptional finish - was among the most highly praised elements. Several clients expressed immediate interest in securing units, recognizing the cabinet’s potential to deliver an elevated and truly immersive experience for players. This confirms that we’re aligned with the market’s demand for innovation.

  1. What value do you believe PGS brings to the development of the gaming industry in Peru?

PGS provides invaluable support to the Peruvian gaming industry. Its reach goes far beyond Lima, serving as a meeting point that attracts operators from across the country, including remote areas. That gives the event enormous strategic value. Beyond business opportunities, the show also fosters dialogue and knowledge-sharing through its conference agenda, which is key for new entrants or those looking to better understand the local landscape. For providers like us, it is a vital platform to showcase our solutions, strengthen relationships, and continue contributing to the industry’s growth in Peru.

  1. How do you see the evolution of the Peruvian market compared to others in the Andean region?

Peru is without a doubt one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving markets in the Andean region. The growth observed in recent years is evident, both in the number of operators and the sophistication of the offerings. Today, the ecosystem is significantly more mature than it was five years ago, with greater openness to innovation.

  1. Do you have expansion plans or new projects specifically focused on Peru?

Absolutely. We recently appointed Juan Jose Castillo as our Country Manager for Peru, which is part of our strategy to expand and solidify our presence in the country. We are working toward establishing a local office, building a local team, and providing even closer support to our partners. This aligns with our broader regional plans, where Peru plays a priority role, not only due to its growth potential but also because of the strategic position it has earned as a key hub in South America.
