1. What is Amusnet's evaluation of its performance in 2024?

2024 was an exceptional year for Amusnet. We strengthened our position in Latin America by deepening our relationships with key operators. Our focus on localized content and partnerships has allowed us to achieve significant growth in player engagement and market share. 

A highlight of this year was our close collaboration with clients to deliver customized marketing strategies that truly made a difference. We supported their productions, digital campaigns, events, and even initiatives on TV and radio, showcasing our commitment to their success. 

Furthermore, we launched innovative games that have been well-received globally, showcasing our commitment to innovation and quality. Overall, 2024 was a year of milestones that set a strong foundation for future success.

2. Which industry event do you consider the most relevant of the year?

ICE London stands out as the most relevant event of the year. It serves as a hub for industry leaders, innovators, and regulators to connect, showcase new technologies, and discuss the future of gaming. For Amusnet, participating in ICE provided valuable insights into market trends, allowed us to present our latest developments, and opened doors to strategic opportunities in key regions, particularly in Latin America.
Likewise, for us, every event in Latin America represents an important opportunity to better understand the market, assess its current status and regulatory progress, and strengthen connections with local clients.

3. What challenges do you identify in the sector for 2025?

One of the main challenges in 2025 will be adapting to rapidly evolving regulations and meeting the ever-changing expectations of players, who are demanding more engaging and innovative gaming experiences. The industry will need to stay ahead of technological advancements and deliver fresh, dynamic content that captivates diverse audiences.

4. 2024 was a relevant year in Latin America, with the approval of new online regulatory frameworks. What is your expectation for this region?

We view these new regulatory frameworks as a positive step forward for the region. They bring stability, transparency, and increased opportunities for both operators and providers like Amusnet. Latin America has enormous growth potential due to its large, diverse player base and increasing access to digital technologies. In 2025, we expect to see more countries adopt or refine their regulations, which will further solidify the region as a key market for our industry.

5. In this context of a regional online sector boost, how do you expect the land-based industry to perform?

While the online sector is growing rapidly, the land-based industry remains a significant part of the gaming ecosystem in Latin America. The Latin American customer is still very traditional, with a strong preference for the experience of visiting land-based casinos. We anticipate a complementary relationship between the two sectors, where innovations in online gaming can enhance land-based operations and vice versa through hybrid solutions and cross-promotions. The land-based industry will continue to evolve by incorporating digital features and personalized experiences, ensuring it remains relevant and appealing to traditional and new generations audiences.

And speaking of land-based, this year at ICE London we launched our land-based machines, which we look forward to having available in Latin America by the end of 2025.

6. Do you have any launches scheduled for the beginning of 2025?

We have exciting launches planned for early 2025. These include new slot games with localized themes tailored for the Latin American market. Additionally, we are exploring new game mechanics that we believe will set a benchmark in the industry. Our focus remains on delivering high-quality, engaging content that resonates with players across different regions.

Currently, we have 160 certified games for the Brazilian market, forming the first batch of casino titles from Amusnet's extensive portfolio. Among these, top performers include  20 Golden Coins Dice Edition, Hot Deco, 100 Power Hot Dice Edition, Extra Crown, Aztec Dice, Candy Palace, Dancing Dead, Diamond Plus, Virtual Roulette, and more.
